Cardio: Adjust, add, or reduce the 30 min. cardio given to suit you and your needs. Cardio can be done on training days.
Stretch: Ideally, it is best to stretch the muscles you trained after every workout. However, if you don’t have the time after every training session, make time to stretch at least 2 days out of the week for 15 to 30 minutes.
