WORKOUT DETAILS
This is a traditional HIIT Style workout; so you may need a timer or clock to help keep track of time and a jump rope for the jump rope exercises.
You will perform 3 rounds( or 4 if you wanna burn more calories) of the list of exercises below.
After you complete one exercise, if needed, take about a 15 seconds rest break before performing the next. Once you’ve completed each round take a 30 seconds rest break before starting the next round of exercises. Listen to your body and take rest breaks intuitively; they can be longer, shorter, or none at all.
