Working Sets Duration: perform 45 seconds of work for each exercise
Active Rest Time: 15– 30 seconds active rest in between each exercise or take intuitive rest breaks

This is a traditional HIIT Style workout. You will perform 3 or 4 rounds of the list of exercises below. After you complete one exercise take a 15- 30 seconds rest break before performing the next. Listen to your body and take rest breaks intuitively; they can be longer, shorter, or none at all.
