WORKOUT DETAILS

  • Round 1 – perform 45 seconds each exercise
  • Round 2 – perform 35 seconds each exercise
  • Round 3 – perform 30 seconds each exercise
  • Round 4 – perform 20 seconds each exercise

Active Rest Time: 45- 90 seconds active rest break in between each circuit round or take intuitive rest breaks as needed.
