Active Rest Time: 30 seconds active rest in between each superset

This workout is structured into supersets with the exception of the burnout round. For every superset the 2nd exercise is performed immediately after the first with little to no rest period. After performing the last exercise in the 3rd round complete the workout by performing one 1 minute burnout round at the end. Do your best to perform the supersets properly, but listen to your body and take mini rest breaks as needed.
