Active Rest Time: 15– 30 seconds active rest in between each exercise or take intuitive rest breaks

You will perform 3 rounds of the exercises listed below. After you complete one exercise take a 15- 30 seconds rest break before performing the next. Listen to your body and take rest breaks intuitively; they can be longer, shorter, or none at all. After performing the last exercise in the 3rd round complete the workout by doing the burnout round exercise for 1 minute. You’ll only need to do the burnout round once( at the end), so give it your ALL!
